A Simple Way to Begin

Not everyone is ready to enroll in a full course, and that’s completely fine.

Creativity isn’t limited to making art. It’s about staying curious, present, and open to life.

I created a free resource called 112 Ideas for Creativity as a gentle way to help you reconnect with your sense of wonder, joy, and possibility. The ideas are simple and approachable. Some take only a few minutes. None require special materials or artistic experience. A number of them are intentionally about doing less rather than more, small acts that decrease pressure and create space.

One of my favorite ways to use them is to cut the list into individual slips, place them in a jar, and pull one out each week as a small creative invitation. No pressure. No rules. Just a quiet nudge to slow down, notice beauty, and try something new.
